Rod Is Knighted and Bob Gets Nobel Prize

October 11th--  Rod Stewart is knighted in Britain.

October 13th--  Bob Dylan is awarded a Nobel prize for Literature.

SIGNS AND NOTICES:  On the freeway in Boston during a MAJOR transformation of streets, bridges, etc., "Rome wasn't built in a day.  If it was, we would have hired their contractor."  I think I drove through that city back when this was happening.  It was absolutely horrible.
