1.  McLobster--  Lobster meat shoved into a hot dog bun for $5.99.  I saw it advertised in a trip to Maine, but figured I could get one back home in Illinois.  I was wrong.)

2.  McGratin Croquette--  Japan   Deep-fried macaroni / shrimp /mashed potatoes.  Now, this sounds good.

3.  Hula Burger--  Meatless for Catholics.  Grilled pineapple, slaw and cheese.

4.  McPizza--  Late 1980s.  Made-to-order, but took too long for starving patrons.
