A Long 4th of July-- Part 3: Hanging Out at Sunnyside for Air Conditioning and Ice Cold Beer

JUNE 30, SATURDAY

Working in the yard and Sunnyside Tavern in Johnsburg, Illinois.

JULY 1, SUNDAY

We definitely would have been doing more things had it not been for the extreme heat, lack of wind and mosquitoes.Sat out in the gazebo and went to Sunnyside.  (Air conditioned, you know.)

JULY 2, MONDAY

With the 4th of July falling on Wednesday, we had celebrations over the weekend of June 29-July 1, July 1, and the following weekend.

Drove to McHenry and did some shopping.,

After yardwork, we went to Sunnyside Tavern.
