Died November 27, 2018
His "Crazy Otto" went to #2 in 1955. Also hit with "Dipsey Doodle" (#15-1953).
After hearing him play in 1952, the Father of the Blues, W.C. Handy, said he was "the white boy with the colored fingers."
Declared the #1 Jukebox Artist in America in 1954.
