*DONE TOO SOON--  Neil Diamond     #65     I never heard it before.  Great song, though with lots and lots of names.  Some of those names:  Jesus Christ, Fanny Brice, Wolfie Mozart and Humphrey Bogart.

*30.  DOUBLE LOVIN'--  Osmonds      #14     Reminds me a lot of their song "One Bad Apple."  Some more of the white Jackson Five.  But good song even if only 2:06 long.

*29.  RAINY DAYS AND MONDAYS--  Carpenters      #2     One of five straight #3 or higher songs from June '70 to September '71.  Mercy, That girl could sing.  One comment said "perfect voice, flawless."

*28.  THAT'S THE WAY I'VE ALWAYS HEARD IT SHOULD BE--  Carly Simon      #19     Her first hit.   The Carly Simon video on You Tube has Art Garfunkel talking to George Harrison on it at the beginning.

*27.  MELTING POT--  Booker T. & the M.G.s     #45     How's this for a Soul Groove.  What an organ.  Their last Top 100.

26.  I PLAY AND SING--   Dawn     #25      A good song despite the fake applause.
