WXRT Cubs Home Opener Party, April 11, 2016-- Part 1: "Centerfield"

Always a big part when WXRT's DJ Lin Brehmer and newsgal Mary Dixon host the annual, 23 years now, party for the season.  This year it was at Yacht Seas in Wrigleyville, the area near Wrigley Field.

They had seven bands and lots of appearances during the six hour show, half of it hosted by deejay Marty Linnerts.

They played lots of songs with a Cubs theme (considering all their losing for all those years and the incredible World Series hopes for this year.
