20.  ^ FIRE AND RAIN--  James Taylor   This song sure takes me back to the Tune Room and Pow Wow rooms at good ol' NIU in DeKalb, Illinois.

19.  ^ DEEPER & DEEPER--  Freda Payne  Talk about you AM memories.  This song didn't chart as well as "Band of Gold" but was every bit as good.

18.  ^ SOMEBODY'S BEEN SLEEPING--  100 Proof  Full name of group 100 Proof Aged in Soul.    A One-Hit Wonder group.  One comment said that Levi Stubbs' brother was a member of the group.
