Movie Scratches for 2015: Hobbitt-- Black-- Gambler-- Annie

Movie Scratches--  A dog's eye-view of today's movies.

The number refers to how many movies I've seen this year.  Then the date, name, where I saw it and cost.

1.  THE HOBBITT: BATTLE OF THE FIVE ARMIES--  1-5--  Fox Lake, $6--  Slay the dragon, fight the dwarfs, fight the Orcs.  The only good Orc is a dead Orc.  Thoren goes bad, then back to good.

2.  WOMAN IN BLACK 2: ANGEL OF DEATH--  1-6--  Fox Lake, $5--  She's everywhere and now killing kids who have come to escape the WWII bombing of London.  The house on the marsh proves to be more dangerous than German bombs.  Definitely a house I wouldn't stay in for the night.

3.  THE GAMBLER--  1-16--  Fox Lake, $5--  Gamblers Anonymous might have been a better choice.  Have it all, gamble it all away.  Borrow from the wrong guys.

4.  ANNIE--  1-12, Fox Lake, $6--  An update on an old musical.  One of the best movies I've ever seen, and I AM NOT A BIG FAN OF MUSICALS as they usually bore me, especially during the singing.
