Drummer, (Rock and Roll, who had several solo instrumental hits in the late 50s to early 60s.
Hid biggest two hits were "Teen Beat" (#4-1959) and "Let There Be Drums" (#7-1961) Also "Drums Are My Beat" #29-1962).
Session drummer on many hits as well.
Teddy Bears "To Know Him Is to Love Him" and the Hollywood Argyles "Alley Oop."
And here I was always thinking he was a she.
You will definitely recognize "Teen Beat" and "Let There Be Drums."
