Manager and record executive. Booking agent for the Who and Cream. Manager of the Bee Gees beginning in 1967 who eventually recorded for his RSO Records (Robert Stigwood Organization). he was involved in most every big Bee Gee hit.
When the Bee Gees came out in the 1960s, I really thought they were the Beatles using another name.
At one point in 1978, his RSO Records has six consecutive #1s. His company released the "Saturday Night Fever" soundtrack.
Being an account of some things I'm interested in, what I'm doing, and reflections on my past, especially music.
Listen to this man. Seven years of college, you know. Trying to reason with 2020 and, now, 2022.
