Whenever Stroud comes back from commercial break, he plays a bit of another song out back then.

PRECIOUS AND FEW-- CLIMAX-- Sonny Gervaci was the lead singer of a group called the Outsiders who in the 60s had hits like "Time Won't Let Me." Now, here in the 70s, he was in a band called Climax.

THE LION SLEEPS TONIGHT-- ROBERT JOHNS-- a remake of an old song by a group called the Tokens.
I'D LIKE TO TEACH THE WORLD TO SONG-- HILLTOP SINGERS-- If all of a sudden you want to quench your thirst with a Coca-Cola, I understand. A Cole commercial on your TV. (Wonder how they came up with the group name.)
