Boating Season Arrives and We're Still in the Barn

Today, May 16th, the boating season here on the Chain of Lakes in northeast Illinois, officially begins with the picking up of out passports for the annual Chain Crawl.  We picked them up at Port O'Blarney on Grasslake Road and met up with friends Don and Pat and Kevin and Kelly.

Plus, there are bands playing at Captain's Quarters and Blarney island which is having their official season opening party.

Unfortunately, our boat is still out in that barn in Hebron, Illinois.  We're hoping to get it out this coming week.

Looking Forward to a Good Boating Season.  --RoadDog
