Listen to this man. Seven years of college, you know. Trying to reason with 2020 and, now, 2022.

And, Speaking of the Music of 1974

OK, 36 years ago and I was 23 and turned 24. So much youthful energy. Still a year from my first house.

Bob Stroud played some mighty good tunes, so I'll write them down.

CATS IN THE CRADLE-- Harry Chapin
ALREADY GONE-- Eagles
THE AIR THAT I BREATHE-- Hollies

TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS-- Bachman Turner Overdrive
NOTHING FROM NOTHING-- Billy Preston
BAD COMPANY-- Bad Company
WHATEVER GETS YOU THROUGH THE NIGHT-- John Lennon

PICK UP THE PIECES-- Average White Band
KEEP ON SMILING-- Wet Willie
KNOCKING ON HEAVEN'S DOOR-- Bob Dylan

By the way, Bob goes back to 1966 tomorrow. It starts at 10 am CDST and agin at 10 pm. It streams live on www.wdrv.com.
