Listening to WLS Songs from July 9, 1965-- Part 2

Other songs.

39.  MARIE--  A big throwback to the 1950s sound.  Went to #15.  Their biggest hit was "Diana."

38.  TO KNOW YOU IS TO LOVE YOU--  Peter and Gordon  Kind of a Wall of Sound at the beginning..  they were covering an older song.  Reached #24.  I knew the song, just didn't remember their version.

37.  YOU'D BETTER COME HOME--  Petula Clark  Slow in definitely in her style.

36.  NEW ORLEANS--  Eddie Hodges.  I knew the song but didn't recognize his name until I heard it.  The best-known version was by Gary U.S. Bonds in 1966.

34.  LITTLE LONELY ONE--  Tom Jones.  Follow up to his big hit "It's Not Unusual.  reached #42 National.  Good song in the "What's New Pussycat" vein.

"Where the Honeysuckle's Blooming On the Honeysuckle Vine."  --RoadDog

ANSWER THIS:  Who decided that a round pizza should be put in a square box?
