A Busy Weekend-- Part 3: Army-Navy Football Game At the Legion

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 9

"Day of Infamy" Day.

We went to the Fox Lake American Legion for the annual Army-Navy game.  It is a big deal, obviously at the Legion.  We had a standing room only crowd with a lot of people pulling for Army and the same for Navy.  There is such a lot of tradition at this game.

I was pulling for my favorite team for a change, Navy.  Until two years ago Navy had beaten Army 14 straight times.  And I generally always pull for the underdog.  But Army won the last two games and now I can go Navy.

Sadly, Army won, but Navy made it a good game after Army's opening touchdown drive.

We then went to Sunnyside.
