Last surviving member of the Hilltoppers which formed at Western Kentucky State College and named themselves after the team name.

They had hits with "Only  You (And You Alone)"  and (#8-1955), "Marianne"  (#3-1957).  Their "P.S. I Love You" (not the Beatles song) was also quite popular.
