Listen to this man. Seven years of college, you know. Trying to reason with 2020 and, now, 2022.

WLS Top 40 for November 10, 1969-- Part 3: "Hot Fun In the Summertime"

30.  MAKE YOUR OWN KIND OF MUSIC--  Mama Cass     #36    What a voice and great arrangement on this song.

29.  HOT FUN IN THE SUMMERTIME--  Sly & Family Stone      #2     Kind of late in the year for a song with this title.  One of my favorite summer songs, though.

28.  SOMEDAY WE'LL BE TOGETHER--  Diana Ross / Supremes      #1   (D)  Brings back memories of dear old NIU.

27.  MIND, BODY & SOUL--  Flaming Ember    #26    I don't remember this song, but always thought this was a black group.  What you call blue-eyed soul.   Their first hit.

26.  GROOVY GRUBWORM--  Harlow Wilcox      #30   An instrumental by him (all 6'4" of him) and his band, the Oakies.  Perhaps from Oklahoma?  Yep.  A One Hit Wonder.

Name That Tune (From the above songs):  "And Just As Sure My Baby As There Are Stars Above..."  Answer below.  RoadDog
