35.  SCARBOROUGH FAIR--  Simon & Garfunkel    (D)   #11   "Scarborough Fair (/Canticle)  Folk-rock duo from New York City

34.  SWEET INSPIRATION--  Sweet Inspirations  (D)    #18   As good of SOUL as it gets  One of the members was Cissy Houston, mother of Whitney Houston.  I could just about hear Aretha Franklin singing it.

33.  IF YOU CAN WANT--  Smokey Robinson & the Miracles   #11  I didn't recognize the title, but sure knew it when I heard it.

32.  CRY LIKE A BABY--  Box Tops    #2     their second biggest hit after "The Letter" which went to #1 in 1967.  Alex Chilton on lead vocals.

31.  CARPET MAN--  Fifth Dimension    #29  Formed in 1966 in Los Angeles.  What harmony.A real "clap-along song."  I didn't recognize the title, but had heard it.
