2017 Movie Scratches: Wall-- Batman-- Moonlight-- Fall

Movies Scratches:  A Dog's-Eye View of the movies playing at the theaters this year.

17.  THE GREAT WALL--  3-6--  Fox Lake, Free--  What the wall "really" was built for.  Chinese ingenuity and tactics at their best.

18.  THE LEGO BATMAN MOVIE--  3-6--  Fox Lake, $6--  The Caped Crusader like you've never seen him before.  Battling the sympathetic Joker who is just looking for a little respect.  Those Oz monkeys still scare me.

19.  MOONLIGHT--  3-7--  Round Lake Beach, $6.  Academy Award Best Picture winner.  Had to see it.  Nowhere near as good as "Hidden Figures" or "Fences."  My thought is that since it had a Black focus and gay as well, that put it over the top to beat the other two.

20.  BEFORE I FALL--  3-13--  Fox Lake, $6--  It was "Groundhog Day" all over again.  Until she finally "Got It Right."  Sadly, not a happy ending.

Way Too Many Pre-Show Commercials.  --RoadDog
