Living In Today's World: About Those Little Gas Company Flags

From the February 9, 2017, Speed Bump comic strip.

Two ladies are standing in a cemetery over a recently dug grave which has small red flags flying all around the edges.  One turns to the other and says:  "He worked his whole life for the gas company."

I wonder who sells those little flags.  They must make a fortune on them.  You see them all over the place.
