Snow Fort, Anyone?

This was great to see yesterday, but the kids in the house at the corner of the block built a SNOW FORT!! Who says today's kids don't have the fun we use to have. //// And, they were enjoying themselves immensely. And, even better, no heads bent over their iPhones or such. //// Hard to believe any kids today can have old-time fun like that. They were acting a bit suspicious when we drove by and dived behind the walls of the fort. I kind of expected a barrage of snowballs, but it didn't come. Perhaps they recognized us as neighbors. But, even if we'd been hit, this is one time I would have let it slide. //// They were back at the fort this morning while waiting for the bus. //// Hey, I even had thoughts of joining them. Talk about reliving those great days gone by! //// Who Says Today's Kids Don't Know How to Have Fun. Well, At Least Something Fun Came Out of This Crummy Winter. --RoadDog
