Chain Flood of 2017-- Part 8: Thunderstorm's A-Coming and We Sure Don't Need Them


We just got back from Donovan's Reef in Twin Lakes and The Grove in Spring Grove and I sat out in the gazebo and then the front porch.

Judging from the amount of thunder and lightning, and the 75 mph windstorm cast, we're in for a really bad thunderstorm.  Sadly, that  will at least be the end of us.  Rick's pier will never be able to stand up to it.

It is 9:15 pm and it is pouring rain as hard as that Wednesday morning storm.  And we sure do not need more rain.
