That would be Pearl Harbor and the 70th anniversary of that event that finally got the US into World War II even though we had been preparing for it many years in advance.
I'll be putting my US flags out, hoping others do as well.

Sad to see all the Pearl Harbor Survivors Association chapters shutting down as their memberships fall to zero. But an 18-year-old sailor there would now be 88.
Same for all the rest of the Greatest Generation.
