Only, not in our boat. Our friends Kevin and Kelly took us for a downriver run today on an absolutely perfect day for boating.
We were hitting places on the Chain Crawl, a booklet where you have the 40-something places on the Chain of Lakes here in northeast Illinois and try to get to each of them over the course of the summer.
We went to six places today in McHenry and Fox Lake: Snuggery, TommyZ's, Vickie's, Oak Park, Castaways and the American Legion.
A nice way to get into the boating season.
