Voting for Save-A-Pet

A new contest has begun on the Animal Rescue Site and Liz and I have been voting every day.

You can vote for your favorite animal shelter. Ours is Save-A-Pet in nearby Grayslake, Illinois. Weekly winners get $1000 and the grand champion $5,000. Our shelter is about to close for lack of money, so we are making the effort to keep it open.

State winners also get $1,000. We won last contest, but in order to spread it around, the second place Animal House Shelter in Huntley got the money.

Overall winner was Villabos Rescue Center in Santa Barbara, California.

You can vote at http://theanimalrescuesite.com. At the top of the page, you can also give meals to rescue sites by clicking a button.

Definitely a Good Cause.

Right now, Save a Pet is #1 again in Illinois and have climbed to #9 nationwide. Vote for us or one of your local ones.

So, Do Some Voting and Clicking. --RoadDog
