Musician, comedian.  member of the satire bands Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band and the Rutles.  Considered the seventh member of the Monty Python troupe.

All I can say is go to You Tube and watch videos.  Especially the George Harrison "Pirate Song"

Real funny guy.

101.  ELF--  12-18--    Beware the central Par Rangers.  Reminds me of the horsemen after Frodo or mounted guys chasing Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.  "I'll have some syrup with that."

102.  PLANES, TRAINS & AUTOMOBILES--  12-19--  We all agree, one of the funniest movies ever and without all those "F" bombs now used to make people laugh.  That poor, poor car.

Second City Celebrates Its 50th-- Part 1

Chicago's own Second City comedy troupe is celebrating its 50th anniversary with all sorts of goings on this weekend. I have never seen them live and knew that I was familiar with some of their people like John and Jim Belushi, Tina Fey, and Bill Murray.

The December 6th Chicago Tribune had a whole section dedicated to Second City and a huge list of alumnae under "Second City's 50 Most famous Faces. I was familiar with a whole lot of them and there were a lot I've never heard of before as well.
