Skyler: "Are you ok Uncle Cosmo?"
Cosmo: "No, I'm feeling queasy."
2ND FRAME:
Skyler: "Is it a side effect of your medication?"
Cosmo: "No."
THIRD FRAME:
Cosmo: The side effect of watching medication commercials."
It sure does seem like every other commercial is for a miracle drug.
