A Kinks song on the CD called "Bald-Headed Woman" was credited to Shel Talmy. Shel who? According to Wikipedia, SDhel talmy was born in Chicago in 1937 and was a record producer, songwriter and arranger. He is best-known for his work in the 1960s with the Kinks and Who.
He arranged and produced the Kinks' "You Really Got to Me," the Who's "My Generation" and "Friday On My Mind" by Australia's Easybeats.
He was also in on the Kinks' "All Day and All of the Night," ""Well-Respected Man," " So Tired of Waiting for You," ""Dedicated Follower of Fashion," "Sunny Afternoon" and "Waterloo Street."
He also worked with Davy Jones before he became David Bowie
The Kinks performed his "Bald Headed Woman" and ""I've Been Driving on Bald Mountain" on their first album.
The Who did his "I Can't Explain" and "Anyway, Anyhow, Anywhere."
