WLS Top 40 for January 13, 1969-- Part 6: "Worst That Could Happen"

15.  CONDITION RED--  Goodees--     #46    Kind of a ripoff on the Shangri-Las' "Leader of the Pack."  Aren't you glad you weren't with him?   Female vocal trio from Memphis.  Their only Top 100.

14.  IF I CAN DREAM--  Elvis Presley      #12   Part of his come-back effort.

13.  BELLA LINDA--  Grass Roots    #28    Follow up to "Midnight Confessions."  Formed in San Francisco in 1964.

12.  WORST THAT COULD HAPPEN--  Brooklyn Bridge     #3    Their first and biggest hit.  The other 6 didn't break the Top 40.   Just too sad.  From Long Island, New York.

11.  CLOUD NINE--  Temptations     #6   Things bad then, bad now.

Name That Tune (from the above songs):  "The Childhood Part Of My Life Wasn't Very Pretty."   Answer below.  --RoadDog
