23.  U.S. MALE--  Elvis Presley    #28    Written and originally recorded by country singer Jerry Reed from the movie "Smokey & the Bandit."

22.  FUNKY STREET--  Arthur Conley    #14   His second-biggest hit.  Just as good as his biggest one in 1967, "Sweet Soul Music."

21.  FOREVER CAME TODAY--  Diana Ross & the Supremes     #28    Not one of their biggest hits, but one great song.
