Ten Years Ago, the NIU KIllings
It is hard to believe that ten years ago the unthinkable happened at Northern Illinois University. A deranged murderer walked into a Cole Hall lecture class and opened fire.
Five young lives were snuffed out and seventeen other students were wounded.
We were at K.C.'s Cabin in Spring Grove, Illinois, when we saw video of the shootings and recognized some of the buildings. The sound was off.
I never thought it would happen at Northern. If you'd like to read my other postings on the horrible event, click on the NIU Shootings label.
Not Forgotten.
