Drove to St. George Island on the Gulf of Mexico, about 80 miles from Panama City where we got a room and went to Harry A's and the Blue Parrot.

St. Augustine to St. George Island: Atlantic Coast to Gulf Coasf
APRIL 28TH, TUESDAY: Raining this morning and in the forecast all day. Considering spending another day in St. Augustine and tour Castillo de San Marcos. Took a ride out to St. Augustine Beach. Still raining so drove north of A1A and eventually got to Jacksonville so decided just to proceed to the Florida Panhandle since we were near I-10.
