From the Jan. 18, 2016, Yahoo! Music "Glenn Frey, Already Gone: Remembering the Late Eagle With His Greatest Band and Solo Tracks" by Gary Willman.
So sorry to hear of his passing yesterday, especially this close to the death of David Bowie.
1. Take It Easy (1972) Essentially the group's signature song, mostly written by Jackson Browne. Glenn Frey sang lead. And, a great Route 66 song, with all that "Standing on a Corner in Winslow, Arizona." I'll never forget hearing this song being played by a band at the Winslow "Standing On a Corner" Festival. My favorite Eagles song.
2. Peaceful Easy feeling (1972)
3. Tequila Sunrise (1973)
4. Already Gone (1974) The opening track off their third album. Established them as a Rock and Roll band. My third favorite Eagles song.
5. Lyin' Eyes (1975)
6. New Kid in Town (1976)
7. Heartache Tonight (1979) My second favorite Eagles song.
8. The Heat Is On (1984) From "Beverly Hills Cop" movie.
9. Smuggler's Blues (1985) Used by the TV show "Miami Vice."
10. You Belong to the City (1985) Written for "Miami Vice."
11. It's Your World Now (2007)
