WLS Top 40 Survey for March 4, 1966-- Part 2: "Answer To My Prayer"

36.  WHEN LIKING TURNS TO LOVE--  Ronnie Dove   From Herndon, Va.  Slow song.  "What a wonderful, wonderful feeling."

35.  I WANT TO GO WITH YOU--  Eddie Arnold  (Actually, Eddy)  Went to #18 Billboard.  Follow up to his biggest pop hit "Make the World Go Away."    Eddy Arnold is ranked the #1 Country Artist by Joel Whitburn from 1944-1993.

34.  PHOENIX LOVE THEME--  Brass Ring    Instrumental, one of two Top 40s for this New York studio band.  From the movie "Flight of the Phoenix."

33.  HUSBANDS AND WIVES--  Roger Miller   Went to #26 Billboard pop chart.  Slow song and follow up to "England Swings."  Born in Texas, but raised along Route 66 in Erick, Oklahoma.

32.  DON'T YOU KNOW--  Keith Everette   Didn't rank in Billboard, but went to #10 on crosstown WCFL.  Flip side was "Conscientious Objector" which called them cowards.

31.  ANSWER TO MY PRAYER--  Neil Sedaka   Went to #89 on Billboard.  His last Top 100 until 1974's "Laughter in the Rain."  Good song that should have done better.
