JSS: Blogs Back on Line-- Bye-Bye Bulls-- Used Car Lot-- Biking the Drive-- What's with the Weather?

JSS-- Just Some Stuff.

1. BLOGS BACK ON LINE-- I finally was able to get my travel and Civil War blogs going again, although I had to do it using a guest log-in. Still don't know what happened.

2. BYE-BYE BULLS-- The Bulls lost Thursday after blowing a 12-point lead in the final four minutes. As such, they are eliminated. At least I don't have to feel that I have to watch any more of the NBA playoffs.

3. USED CAR LOT-- Tomorrow from 7-10 am CSDT, Bob Stroud is doing his annual Used Car Lot Show on his Rock and Roll Roots program on the Drive. Streaming live at www.wdrv.com. If you like car songs, give it a listen.

4. BIKING THE DRIVE-- Tomorrow, Chicago's Outer Drive is going to be closed to auto traffic. People pay a fee and ride their bikes for one great view of the city and lake. Great idea and way to make some money for a good cause.

5. WHAT'S WITH THE WEATHER?-- Overcast and still a bit cool. The furnace has been on. Supposed to be 92 degrees by Memorial Day. Crazy stuff.

If You Don't Like the Weather Now, Wait a Few Minutes. --RoadDog

EVER WONDER...Why the time of the day with the slowest traffic is called "Rush Hour?"
