Mo' Sox, Less Cutler

White Sox fans are all ecstatic about the signings of expensive free agents starting pitcher Jeff Samardzija, relief closer David Robertson and left fielder Melky Cabrera this past couple weeks.

I sure hope they do better than the last there really-highly paid free agents the Sox signed: Adam Dunn, Jake Peavey and Alex Rios.  Adam Dunn had about as bad of a year any player could have his first and second seasons, but played reasonably well the last two.  Peavey was a huge flop, completely worthless.  Only Rios played like he should have.

And, on the subject of Jay Cutler, he was FINALLY benched as DaSadBear quarterback, something that should have been done weeks or months ago when it became apparent he is not the NFL qb that his salary would indicate.

Our poor backup qb gets to face the #1 NFL defense tomorrow,

One thing our Chicago sports franchises don't know how to do is spend their money.

Oh Well.  --RoadDog

YOU THINK ENGLISH IS EASY?  I had to subject the subject to a series of tests.
