Was the falsetto lead singer on the Newbeats hits "Bread and Butter (#2 1964), "Run baby Run" (#12 1965) and "Everything's Alright" (#16 1964). He later wrote Bette Midler's "Wind Beneath My Wings" (#1 1989).
HENRY STRZELECKI, 75, Died December 30, 2014.
From injuries sustained in a hit-and-run accident. Session bass player and wrote Murry Kellum's "Long Tall Texan. Played on over 500 top ten country hits.
