Listen to this man. Seven years of college, you know. Trying to reason with 2020 and, now, 2022.

Not Saying Baseball Players Are Paid Too Much, But...-- Part 1: Sox and Cubs
Reflecting on the 2-4 White Sox and whatever the Cubs record is, I think 3-2.
The $10 million+ Club of the Sox:
Jose Abreau-- $11,330,000
John Danks-- $13 million
David Robertson-- $11,500,000
Melky Cabrera-- $14 million
Adam LaRoche-- $12,500,000
Lowest Paid Sox player-- Micah Johnson with $507,500
Cubs salaries
John Lester-- $26 million
Miguel Monteo-- $12 million
Edwin Jackson-- $13 million
Jason Hamel-- $10 million
Lowest-paid-- Dallas Beeler with $508,000.
I seem to remember back in the 1960s when Sandy Koufax and Don Drysdale held out for $100,000 each. This is lot, but wait until you see tomorrow's numbers.
