Motown singer best known for his #7 1966 hit "What Becomes of the Broken Hearted."
He was the brother of David Ruffin of the Temptations and cousin of Melvin Franklin of that group as well.
He also had a song I liked a lot called "I've Passed This Way Before" which went to #17 in 1967.
