Here's some related but nonetheless totally useless trivia. "In Memory of Elizabeth Reed" was written by Dickie Betts. "Rock & Roll Hotchie Koo" was written by Rick Derringer (nee, Zehringer). "Rock & Roll Hotchie Koo" references "...a band called the Jokers". The Jokers were a very popular regional band which, for a couple of years, included Dickie Betts.

Nothing like useless trivia. Of course, wasn't Derringer an Ohio boy, something about the McCoys comes to mind? Something about the Ohio state song? "Hang on Sloopy."
