DON DAVIS, 75: Died June 5, 2014. Guitarist on the Capitols' "Cool Jerk," "Money" by Barrett Strong" and later a producer for Stax Records. Produced "Disco Lady" for Johnny Taylor.
BILL TRAUT, 85 Died June 5, 2014. President of Chicago's Dunwich and Wooden Nickel Records. While with Dunwich, signed the Shadows of Knight ("Gloria) and while with Wooden Nickel had his biggest success with Styx, American Breed, the Impressions and Ohio Players.
